The answer is egg. The modern chicken has convinced as the generation of "Archeopteryx", the genre of the oldest bird. The creature that lived 150 million years ago on Jurassic period one day evolved to be the pioneer generation of the first chicken nowadays. That creature laid egg, and then it became the chicken that we know today. So, the egg is the first.

Destiny in Life

Long time ago, there was an Emperor, who told his horseman that if he could ride on his horse and cover as much land area as he likes, then the Emperor would give him the area of land he has covered.

Sure enough, the horseman quickly jumped onto his horse and rode as fast as possible to cover as much land area as he could. He kept on riding and riding, whipping the horse to go as fast as possible. When he was hungry or tired, he did not stop because he wanted to cover as much area as possible.

Came to a point when he had covered a substantial area and he was exhausted and was dying. Then he asked himself, "Why did I push myself so hard to cover so much land area? Now I am dying and I only need a very small area to bury myself."

The above story is similar with the journey of our life. We push very hard everyday to make more money, to gain power and recognition. We neglect our health, time with our family and to appreciate the surrounding beauty and the hobbies we love.

One day when we look back, we will realize that we don't really need that much, but then we cannot turn back time for what we have missed. Life is not about making money, acquiring power or recognition.

Life is definitely not about work!
Work is only necessary to keep us living so as to enjoy the beauty and pleasures of life. Life is a balance of Work and Play, Family and Personal Time.

You have to decide how you want to balance your life. Define your priorities, realize what you are able to compromise but always let some of your decisions be based on your instincts. Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim of human existence. So, take it easy, do what you want to do and appreciate nature. Life is fragile, Life is short. Do not take life for granted.

Live a balanced lifestyle and enjoy life!

Kerusakan Hati



Penyebab utama kerusakan hati:


* Tidur terlalu larut dan bangun terlalu siang adalah penyebab utama.

* Tidak buang air kecil pada pagi hari.

* Terlalu banyak makan.

* Tidak sarapan.

* Terlalu banyak mengkonsumsi obat-obatan.

* Terlalu banyak mengkonsumsi zat-zat yang mengandung bahan pengawet, bahan tambahan, pewarna makanan, dan pemanis buatan.

* Mengkonsumsi minyak goreng yang tidak sehat. Sedapat mungkin kurangi pemakaian minyak goreng, bahan minyak terbaik sekalipun seperti minyak olive. Jangan mengkonsumsi makanan yang digoreng saat sedang lelah, kecuali jika kondisi tubuh sangat fit.

* Mengkonsumsi bahan makanan mentah (setengah matang). Sayur-sayuran boleh dimakan mentah atau dimasak. Sayur-sayuran yang dimasak harus dimakan habis hari itu juga. Jangan menyimpan sayur yang telah dimasak.

Kita harus mencegah kerusakan hati tanpa harus mengeluarkan biaya lebih. Kita hanya perlu mempraktekkan pola hidup dan pola makan yang sehat. Mempertahankan pola makan yang baik dan waktu yang teratur sangat penting untuk tubuh kita sehingga tubuh dapat menyerap dan membuang zat-zat kimia yang tidak berguna sesuai 'jadwalnya'.

Karena:

Malam pukul 9 - 11 p.m.:
Adalah waktu untuk membuang zat-zat racun (detoksifikasi) dari sistem antibodi (dalam kelenjar getah bening). Dalam durasi waktu ini sebaiknya kita beristirahat atau mendengarkan musik. Jika dalam waktu ini seorang ibu rumah tangga masih dalam kondisi tidak rileks, seperti mencuci piring atau mengawasi anak-anaknya mengerjakan pekerjaan rumah, maka hal tersebut dapat membawa akibat buruk bagi kesehatan.

Malam pukul 11 p.m. - 1 a.m.:
Adalah proses detoksifikasi pada hati, dan sebaiknya pada saat itu kita dalam kondisi tidur.

Malam pukul 1 - 3 a.m.:
Adalah proses detoksifikasi dalam kantung empedu, juga sebaiknya pada saat itu kita dalam kondisi tidur.

Fajar pukul 3 - 5 a.m.:
Adalah proses detoksifikasi dalam paru-paru. Oleh karena itu, kadang-kadang akan ada batuk sedikit pada penderita batuk pada durasi waktu ini. Ketika proses detoksifikasi ini mendekati sistem pernapasan, kita tidak perlu makan obat batuk sehingga tidak akan mengganggu proses pembuangan racun.

Pagi pukul 5 - 7 a.m.:
Adalah proses detoksifikasi dalam usus besar, kita sebaiknya mengosongkan usus kita (buang air besar).

Pagi pukul 7 - 9 a.m.:
Adalah proses penyerapan nutrisi dalam usus kecil, kita sebaiknya sarapan pada waktu ini. Sarapan sebaiknya lebih cepat, sebelum pukul 6.30 untuk orang-orang yang sedang sakit. Sarapan sebelum pukul 7.30 akan sangat berguna bagi mereka yang ingin tetap fit. Bagi mereka yang selalu melewatkan waktu sarapan, seharusnya mereka mengubah kebiasaan tersebut, dan masih lebih baik untuk sarapan terlambat pada pukul 9 - 10 a.m. daripada tidak sama sekali.

Tidur terlalu larut dan bangun terlalu kesiangan akan mengacaukan proses pembuangan zat-zat kimia tidak berguna. Di samping itu, tengah malam sampai pukul 4 a.m. adalah saat dimana tulang sumsum memproduksi darah. Oleh karena itu, tidurlah yang cukup dan jangan tidur terlalu larut.
